Appeal from AU alumnus

A 2003 graduate of Africa University’s Faculty of Management & Administration, Leonard Makoshera, is seeking assistance from the University community in order to purchase a wheelchair.
The University took up a special offering for assisting Mr. Makoshera during the worship service on Wednesday, 24 January. Further donations can be made at the Chaplain’s Office in the Kwang Lim Chapel. The University’s Chaplain, Rev. Phillemon Chikafu is coordinating the appeal. Rev. Chikafu hopes to be able to invite Mr. Makoshera to chapel to receive the funds that have been collected for his wheelchair on or around 7 February.
During his studies at AU, Makoshera was a regular participant in the Africa University International Peace Marathon . He is currently employed in the Ministry of Health and Child Welfare.
