N. Dhlamini, (Zimbabwean), Director of Information and Communication Technologies Department.
A.Stevens: (Canadian), Director of Information and Public Affairs Office, Africa University. She is the member responsible for publicity and press relations.
J.Zuweni, (Zimbabwean), Assistant Registrar Academic Affairs responsible for facilitating student participation in the annual event.
L. Machona ( Zimbabwean), Administrative Assistatnt. Responsible for organising intertainment on the day of the event.
T. Murapa, (Zimbabwean), Sister In-Charge of Africa University Clinic.
She is responsible for health issues related to the Marathon.
E. Sibanda, (Zimbabwean), Secretary to the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. She is responsible for protocol activities.
S. Nondo.(Zimbabwean),Programme assistant in the Information and Public Affairs Office. Responsible for publicity of race through media houses
