The initiative is currently working on the Cholera outbreak affecting Southern Africa. Our major focus country is going to be Zimbabwe which is currently the worst affected nation by the scourge.
Elbow intends to be working in partnership with the Ministry of Health and Child Welfare to assist in the mobilization of resources to address the epidemic hitting the country. The Elbow Project will be aiding the ministry with the provision of resources in the form of medication, response personnel commissions, financing for source problem solutions, research and development initiatives as regards the Cholera problem.

Reduce by two-thirds between 1990 and 2015, the under-five mortality rate.
