About the Programme

The Department of Agricultural Sciences offers a 3-year undergraduate programme leading to the award of either a general or honours Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Agriculture and

Natural Resources. The programme is offered on a full time basis or as a weekend programme. The Weekend programme is specially designed for those already working in the field of Agriculture.

Areas of specialization in the (B.Sc.) degree in Agriculture and Natural Resources are Animal Production, Crop Production, Horticulture and Irrigation and Water Management.
